When the Blue Moon cafe agreed their lease on 2a Saint James Street it was semi derelict, having previously been used as an auction room. We reinstated the original entrance, opened up new windows and arranged wheelchair access. As always, our approach was to emphasise the building's good features and eliminate any shortcomings.
